The room was good. I was in a cabin, and the facities were very nice. The hotel was also very quiet and pieceful. The restaurant was also good and the meal excellent (particularly) the iberico ham.
Not serving breakfast until 7:30. I stay at the Mont Sant when on business trips and this often means I need to leave the hotel before 7:30. I think it would be good if breakfast could start at 7:00.

The hotel property was impressive with stunning and great location close enough to a castle Roman ruins, a' citrus' grove/garden, and the Xátiva castle. The property took care of the exceptional service. We were there for 1 night, overall had a fantastic stay.
The bathroom was not clean.

The hotel is charming.We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, good food and proximity to the castle . Compliments to the sommelier on the gin and tonics! An added bonus was being joined by members of the kitchen staff after dinner, to witness Spain´s victory in the Euro 2012 final - ¡Maravillosa!

Nice View and Pool, but Terrible Service
On my business trip, I stayed at a hotel halfway up a mountain and was pleased to find beautiful views of the castle and a lovely pool surrounded by gardens. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food. However, I was disappointed to find that the staff were unhelpful and disorganized, leading to delays and confusion during my stay. the location was quite remote, with few nearby dining or entertainment options. while the hotel was pleasant enough, the poor service made for a frustrating experience.
